U keep me warm using TGF Cafe Ian

Hey Everyone,
I just have a quick card to share with you today that I actually just finished. This card I made is for  TGF Monday Fun day #26 and  TGF March Madness ,the 3rd week challenge is Mad about Tea Parties! I used TGF Cafe Ian and colored him with my copic markers and then I used my scrap papers for the background. I cut the paper into strip pieces with my decorative scissor that I often use with my projects. Then I just created my own sentiment using my magnetic stamp by making memories. So that's about it for me today. I hope you having a fabulous day!

Thanks, for stopping by!

Tiny Cute Pillow using TGF Shimmer Bean

Hey Scrappy Friends,
Good morning! I woke up really early today and couldn't get myself back to sleep.  So I thought of posting new stuff I created and see what you think :)

I created something different this time that I've been wanting to do...I have this fabric called Aida fabric that you use for cross stitching. For those of you don't know, I was obssesed with cross stitching for quiet awhile like yearsssss!!! I made a ton of those either for sale for me, gift for friends and family. Now, I finally took a break from cross stitching and discovered scrapbooking which I really enjoy although I had fun doing cross stitch it's just that it takes awhile to finish one project. It depends on how fast you can stitch by hand, lol!

Anyhoo, I have a lot of Aida fabric so I thought of using it in a different way. So I came up with this instead of stitching it I just stamped the image and for this project I used TGF Shimmer Bean I love how it turned out! Since it's a trend now to use or incorporate fabric in any project so I thought of this cute idea :)

I sewed most of the edges and left a little hole to put some polyester it's like for stuffing the pillow. It looks like cotton but it feels different. After I'm satisfied with the plumpiness of my pillow I sewed it again to close and then fringed all the edges. Just added a flower on the side and that was all I did. Pretty easy and the outcome was stinkin' cute! Love the result!

Miss You Card using TGF Cheeky Beach

Hey Everyone,
Another beautiful weather here in MA. 78 degrees :) I'm really excited to share this card with you and will make you look forward for the summer :) I'm loving the colorful fresh look and vintage feel of this card. I used TGF Cheeky Beach this is one of the first stamp that I bought from the TGF  and fell in love with their cute stamps and the rest are history. Believe me I don't remember coloring her up, so I decided to ink her up yesterday. I colored her with my copics and paper pieced her hair, flowers on her hair, ball, swimsuit and even her shoes. Added a little sakura gelly roll pen on her eye lids.

For the background paper the circle one behind her I made a video tutorial on how I created the beach background before. I added spellbinder lacey circles. Then for the base background I used Bo bunny et cetera collection and used my decorative scissor edge for all the edges then distressed it with my walnut stain and back it up with black cardstock. For embellishments I added black flat pearl beads and red ribbon. For the sentiment I used my magnetic stamp alphabet by Making Memories. So that's my card for the day and I hope you like this one :)

Enjoy this Day using TGF Shimmer Bean - Monochromatic

Hey Everyone,
What a beautiful Sunday here in MA. The sun is out not too cold and the wind is just perfect! So I decided to take my laptop outside our balcony, to start typing my blog for today. To enjoy the weather and to breath some fresh air and at the same time my kids will definitely enjoy staying outside for quite awhile :)

So here we go on to my card. I made this card for TGF March Madness, for the second week the theme is MONOCHROMATIC and for TGF Saturday Sketch. My card is really perfect for todays weather.

I used TGF Shimmer Bean I decided to heat embossed the image with clear powder and then distress it all over the page using Jenni Bolwin weather vane ink to make the image pop out. I back it out with Aida Cloth and fringed all the edges of the cloth. I have a lot of this fabric because I use to cross stitch before. Since it's a trend to use fabric in a card or any project so I came up with this one. For the other backround I use DCWV patterened paper and doilie. Then added ribbon trim with rhinestones. Then sewed all the edges of the card.

I Heart You card using TGF Birthday Ian

Hey Everyone,
Happy Sunday, I hope you're having a wonderful sunday. I'm here again and back with another card to share with you today! This card is for TGF Challenges especially  March Madness  of course I wouldn't let it pass me...so here's my take for the MAD ABOUT YOU challenge. I Heart You card...isn't it sweet if you receive a card like this! Without even saying a word your heart already melted, lol! Perfect for new lovey dovey or proposal. I had so much fun with this card, really cute! I'm so happy that Birthday Ian is so verstile not only I can use him for Birthday's but for any occasion as well...really awesome!

I used TGF Birthday Ian, I started coloring Ian with my copics not knowing what paper and design I'm gonna use and do. Good thing there is a sketch from TGF blog to make my scrappy life easier :) I used my scraps for this card and I paper pieced Ian's clothes, banner and including the present. I paper pieced it in 3D style but I made it flat. I cut out some papers to make it look like some banners and distress all the edges. I decided to put it on each side of Ian just to make it look different. Then I added sentiment "Heart" and added mini brads for both ends. I sewed all the edges for the base of the card and then I added ribbon on the bottom of the card. There you go my card for today :) I hope you like this one as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Happy Sunday and thank you for stopping by!

Best Dad Ever Card using TGF Dad Ian

Hey Everyone,
I have a quick card to share with you today. I used the TGF - Dad Ian from The Greeting Farm. I have an early father's day card or birthday card. I used my copics and paper pieced his shirt. Then I stamped with MME clear stamp. I've been using my paper scraps lately and I'm a good girl for not getting some new papers yet :) Will see for how long I can hold myself for not getting some new papers :D Have a nice weekend!

Miracle in Progress Card using TGF Mom Anya

Hey Scrappy Friends,
Today is monday and I hope this cold will leave us anytime soon. Anyway, here's my card for today and this is from The Greeting Farm Mom Anya. It's actually a set but I just used the Mom Anya for this card.

I colored her with my copics and paper pieced her dress and added flower on her headband. I sewed all the edges of the background and then on the base of the card I used my Sakura Gelly roll pen to make faux stitching. I used my flower punch to add a soft touch on the card and I used dimensional paint for the center of each flower to make it look like beads. I'm trying to use all my old papers and scraps so I don't know what brand this one is. I used martha s. punch for the middle border and then I used my sizzix die to cut the scalloped oval and then embossed it with my textured folder. I used Bazzil bling for all the plain cardstock.

I used my MFT fancy flourish die to make the beautiful flourish on the front of the card and I used the negative of it inside my card. I added flowers from my punch on the bottom of the flourish. I really like how it turned out and then I just added a white cardstock to have a space for writing. I hope you like this idea by using the negative of your die cuts so can use both at the same time.

Adorable Cards Boy and Girl Praying

Hi Everyone,
I made these cards few days ago and I forgot to post these here on my blog. I'm having a bad cold started yesterday and we actually past it around to each other. But my eldest son just had a mild fever the other day and after that it was gone, thankfully. Then of course it's my turn and I'm having the bad cold but I'm ok with that I'd rather have it than my kids. Hopefully, it will be gone soon...so many things to do in the house but it's harder when your sick.

Anyways, enough about me here are the cards that I made few days ago.  I finally found these stamps images that I’ve been looking for such a long time. Aren’t they adorable…colored them with my copic markers and then the cross stamped image on the side I purchased it from M’s at a dollar bin that they have. I sewed all the edges of the card with my sewing machine and then just added ribbon, flowers and flat pearl beads for embellishments. So simple, sweet and adorable don’t you think? :) If you’re interested in these cards you can check out my Etsy for availability.

Thank you for stopping by!
Happy Sunday!
Hugs, Jas
